She is a PhD student from the University of Helsinki working at the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction and Digital Humanities. Her research explores how crowdsourcing and Large Language Models (LLMs) can be combined for multimodal data annotation and new methods in digital humanities.

Rafael holds a PhD in Political Science and leads our GovTech research, focusing on designing empowering technologies for governments across Latin America. He plays a key role in fostering collaborations with various governmental institutions in the region. In addition to his research, he is a professor at UNAM.

Eva Navarro

Eva Navarro López was a Professor of Computing and AI at RIT and former Director of its School of Information, recognized internationally for her work in AI, cyber-physical and complex systems, and neuro-inspired computing. She co-founded ACM-Women Europe and womENcourage, contributes to global initiatives on AI democratization and inclusion, and was named one of Spain’s Women Leaders and the 2025 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics list.
